Engagement
Work starts once you've approved a media plan and paid the related invoice. Scope, budget and expected results are agreed with you in writing before we begin.
No lock-in
There is no fixed 6- or 12-month contract. Either side can end the engagement with notice, as agreed at the start of the project.
Payment
Pricing is tied to the agreed scope of work and quoted before work begins. Invoices are payable by the terms stated on the invoice.
Ad spend
Advertising budgets (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads) are separate from our service fee and are billed directly by the ad platform unless otherwise agreed.
